Buying Images: Licensing Pictures of London and River Thames at the Image Library

This is what you are buying

The jimbatty.com image library sells the usage of pictures created by Jim Batty – who retains the copyright for all images. You will receive a licence agreement granting a right to reproduce the image(s) in an agreed manner for a specific period of time. See prices for further details.

Here's how to buy:

Please feel free to contact me to discuss your project and image requirements. When you are ready to buy follow these three steps:

1. Issue a purchase order

– by email or post - specifying usage clearly.

2. Choose a method of payment

Invoice – If you wish to be invoiced, you must first register your corporate details on the form at the Purchase by Invoice page.

If you just want to pay up front and use images, you can do this by:

Bank Transfer – please request account details (and SWIFT code/IBAN number for international transfers) when issuing your purchase order.

Cheque – made payable to: Jim Batty and posted to:

jimbatty.com Image Library, 14 Stanley Court,
Worcester Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 6SD, UK.

Include purchase order with cheque for simultaneous processing.

3. Receive images and a licence agreement

You will receive your hi-resolution image files along with a copy of the licence agreement specifying image use.

This detailed licence agreement is important – without it you have no right to use the images. If you feel it is inaccurate, or wish to modify it, please contact me immediately to have it reissued.

Invoices incorporate the licence agreement.

Please note:

Any reproductions of images before payment or outside any licence are charged at three times (3x) standard fees.
