Register your details

In order to pay for image use by invoice, you need to give me some information about yourself and your organisation for billing purposes. Please fill out and submit the registration form at the bottom of this page.

Purchase order

If you wish, you can email or post me your purchase order at the same time as registering. Once your registration is accepted (usually within 36 hours), I can send you the appropriate image files.

Invoices

The invoice/licence agreement – You will normally be invoiced at the same time as image files are despatched. The invoice is an important document which incorporates the licence agreement. Without this agreement and payment, you have no right to use any jimbatty.com images.

Changing an invoice/licence agreement – If you feel the invoice/licence agreement does not accurately reflect your desired use of image(s), or you wish to modify or extend image use (see Using Images), then you must contact me before proceeding. A new invoice – stating the new licensing rights – will immediately be issued.

Payment of invoices – Payment of invoice is required within one month of issue (unless stated otherwise on the invoice). Late payment attracts an accruing service fee.
