Licensing Fees for Pictures at the jimbatty.com Image Library
The library's pricing structure is based on three types of image use:
Editorial Use
Prices: Please contact or telephone for a quote or to discuss your requirements. Images are priced according to image size, press run, language and circulation rights, and the inclusion of additional uses such as multiple use, reuse, multiple media use, revised editions and so on.
Examples of editorial use: books, magazines, newspapers, non-commercial websites; travel brochures; non-commercial material used to inform and educate.
Corporate/Commercial Use
Prices: The charts below lay out some standard licensing fees for single image, one-medium, one-time use. Please contact or telephone for more information or to discuss your project.
Examples of corporate and commercial use: corporate and company brochures, flyers, reports, annual reports, training packs, marketing gimmicks; material used to endorse or promote a commercial product or service.
Note on people pictures: Any people appearing in jimbatty.com images are real individuals engaged in real, spontaneous activities, thus these images' natural appeal. Models are generally not used and few model releases are available. For using people pictures in a commercial context, please see Model Releases.

Small Business Use
This category of image use is for small and developing businesses who have 15 or less paid employees (including chief executives, directors, part-time workers, support staff, etc.). It is designed to encourage small businesses to use images to promote themselves at community and grass-root level.
If you are buying image use for client work (for example, you are a small design agency buying images for use in a brochure for a corporate client), your client must have 15 or less paid employees for you to qualify for Small Business Use. (Publications such as Directory of Publishing, Kompass, Key British Enterprises can supply this information.)
Examples: small business leaflets, flyers, brochures, invite cards, bookmarks, marketing materials, websites.
