There are a couple of photographs of Cookham, an ancient crossing point on the Thames. The black and white cottage doorway is the entrance to Churchgate house by the entrance to the church. The Crown pub sits comfortably at the top of the high street in Cookham. There is also an image of a group of ramblers walking through the village.
The boating scenes are at Bray Lock, showing a steel cruiser and a fine traditional wooden river cruiser.
Maidenhead Bridge spans the Thames, with and without a tour boat.
